Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical disabilities to relieve pain and restore function using therapeutic exercises and modalities. They design comprehensive rehabilitation plans, document findings, and educate patients and families on care and assistive devices.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a valid New York State license. BLS/CPR certification is required, and one year of outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred.
