Key Responsibilities

The Senior Clinician Occupational Therapist will deliver specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention for patients with complex neurological conditions in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This includes leading goal-directed programs, supporting NDIS access, contributing to complex discharge planning, and providing clinical leadership to junior staff.

Requirements

Candidates must be a skilled clinician passionate about neurological rehabilitation, possessing strong clinical reasoning and leadership capabilities. Essential requirements include AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, significant clinical experience in neurological rehabilitation, and demonstrated experience managing complex inpatient rehabilitation caseloads.
