Key Responsibilities

Engage and re-engage the young adults as necessary to form a productive relationship.

Assess current skills and needs of the consumers.

Model and educate life skills, social skills and vocational skills in group and/or individual settings.

Educate consumers on community resources and model how to establish connections.

Requirements

This position is primarily located in Great Pittsburgh area.

All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled.

The travel required for this position is frequent.
