Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts nutrition assessment for patients within required time frames. Obtains timely and appropriate data and analyzes/interprets data based on evidence
  • based standards.
  • Performs nutrition diagnosis after identifying the problem and clarifying the cause of the problem with the patient's medical team.
  • Develops, implements, and/or makes recommendations for an individualized plan for nutrition intervention, including enteral and parenteral nutrition.
