The RN Navigator will provide evidence-based nursing care for pediatric patients with complex chronic conditions and behavioral health challenges. They will coordinate care, provide patient education, and work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive health outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and possess at least 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience. A valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support/CPR certification are required upon hire.
