About the Role

Pomelo Care seeks a California-based Staff Virtual Doula to provide perinatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum support virtually to expecting and new families.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based virtual doula support.
• Create personalized care plans.
• Engage and educate clients via telehealth platforms.
• Coordinate with local in-person doulas.
• Document client interactions accurately.

Requirements

• California residence with active Medi-Cal enrollment.
• Certified birth and/or full spectrum doula.
• 5+ years doula experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work evening/weekend shifts including on-call.
