About the Role
Pomelo Care seeks a California-based Staff Virtual Doula to provide perinatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum support virtually to expecting and new families.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based virtual doula support.
- Create personalized care plans.
- Engage and educate clients via telehealth platforms.
- Coordinate with local in-person doulas.
- Document client interactions accurately.
Requirements
- California residence with active Medi-Cal enrollment.
- Certified birth and/or full spectrum doula.
- 5+ years doula experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work evening/weekend shifts including on-call.
