About the Role

Pomelo Care seeks a California-based Staff Virtual Doula to provide perinatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum support virtually to expecting and new families.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based virtual doula support.
Create personalized care plans.
Engage and educate clients via telehealth platforms.
Coordinate with local in-person doulas.
Document client interactions accurately.

Requirements

California residence with active Medi-Cal enrollment.
Certified birth and/or full spectrum doula.
5+ years doula experience.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work evening/weekend shifts including on-call.
