Key Responsibilities
The Speech Therapist will deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages by observing, recording, and reporting on their condition. They are responsible for determining the plan of care and completing documentation through an electronic medical record system.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current, active, and unrestricted Speech Language Pathology license and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program and reliable personal transportation are also required.
