Join GO PHYSICAL THERAPY as a PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant - Full time in Grand Island, Nebraska. Children's Rehab Center has immediate opening for Physical Therapy Assistant to support our clinics in the Grand Island area. This position will offer full time hours and will have the opportunity to work in one of the leading pediatric clinic's in the state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assure the quality of patient care and treatment programs by providing hands on treatment and direction to subordinate staff on matters of treatment.
  • Assist patient preparing for therapy and return trip. Assist with dressing and undressing; removing and putting on braces or supportive equipment, prostheses, crutches, etc.
  • Implement patient plan of care and goals using appropriate physical therapy skills.
  • Clean and prepare equipment for therapy session.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Nebraska.
  • Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of the job. Physical Demands/Working Conditions
  • Physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, and lifting.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
