The therapist leads an interdisciplinary team to develop and facilitate direct social services interventions for patients in PHP/IOP programs. They conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions while maintaining detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Family Therapy and possess an appropriate in-training or full clinical license. The role requires a working knowledge of therapeutic techniques and the ability to work in an acute care setting.
