Job Description

- Evaluate and treat patients across a broad range of general dermatology conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer screenings
- Perform in-office procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and suture removal
- Provide cosmetic dermatology services such as injectables, chemical peels, and laser treatments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on skin health and preventive care
- Collaborate with the physician team and support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
- Travel between assigned Chicago area practice locations as needed Qualifications For Nurse Practitioners:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Active Illinois NP license or ability to obtain prior to start
- National NP certification (Family, Adult, or Women's Health)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; dermatology strongly preferred
- DEA license or ability to obtain For Physicians (MD/DO):
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completed ACGME-accredited dermatology residency
- Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology
- Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Fellowship training (Mohs, Dermatopathology, Cosmetic) a plus Preferred Qualifications (All Candidates)
- Previous dermatology or aesthetics experience strongly preferred
- Experience with cosmetic procedures: Botox, fillers, laser treatments
- Proficiency with EHR systems (ModMed experience a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat a broad range of general and cosmetic dermatology conditions while performing in-office procedures. Collaborate with a medical team to develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
Requirements
Requires a medical degree (MD/DO) with a dermatology residency or a Master's in Nursing with dermatology experience. Must hold or be able to obtain an active Illinois license and relevant certifications.
