Key Responsibilities

• Assess the patient’s functional status (muscle function, endurance, visual coordination, communication skills, self-care, work capacity, etc.).

• Evaluate the home environment for hazards or barriers to independent living and identify necessary equipment.

• Collaborate in developing a comprehensive care plan.

• Design a treatment program with goals for improved function and communicate the plan to the referring physician and other team members.

Requirements

• Must have a current OT license (state-specific).

• American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy.

• Association.

• Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American.
