The Mental Health Therapist conducts comprehensive assessments and develops individualized treatment plans to provide psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups. They also monitor client progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or a related field and possess a current Wisconsin license such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between clinic locations are also required.
