About the Role

Join Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush as a Full/Part-time Physical Therapist, Outpatient Therapy in the Home - Munster, IN & IL South Suburbs in United States. The Physical Therapist – Provides outpatient quality physical therapy within the patient’s own home and acts as a liaison for physician practice to meet the therapy needs of patients. The position is best suited for an outgoing and self-motivated therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• One on one in home therapy for post

• operative patients

• Devise and execute detailed treatment plans for post

• The ability to work independently, providing respectful and empathetic patient care at all times.

Requirements

• year experience in outpatient setting preferred. Certificates, License, Registrations

• Current State of Indiana and Illinois Physical Therapy licenses.

• Current CPR Certification.

• BCLS or ACLS.

Benefits & Compensation

• $100,000 annualized. Compensation at MOR is determined by many factors, which may include but are not limited to, job

• related skills and level of experience, education, certifications, geographic location, market data and internal equity. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
