Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one speech language pathology services to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. Perform evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and utilize telehealth to improve patient independence and quality of life.

Requirements

Must possess a valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of practice and a degree from an accredited SLP program. Current CPR certification and the physical ability to assist with patient transfers and lift up to 50 lbs are required.
