Key Responsibilities
The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans. They also supervise behavior technicians and collaborate with families to ensure consistent treatment outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. A current BCBA certification in good standing is required for this position.
