Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) to provide quality respiratory care and support to clients in their homes. The RT will assess clients’ respiratory needs, provide treatments, monitor respiratory conditions, and educate clients and families on proper respiratory care and equipment use.

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory assessments and treatments

Maintain Accurate Patient Records and Documentation

Perform basic respiratory care, including inserting and removing tubes, adjusting machines, and more

Work with both the family and the patient to ensure their needs are being met, and they understand what is happening.

Qualifications

  • Valid California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
  • Deep understanding of respiratory care, patient care, and best patient practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule: Flexible shifts available (Day / Evening / Overnight)

  • Weekend availability may be required
  • Bay Area, Merced, Monterey, Marin County | CALIFORNIA
