Key Responsibilities
The BCBA oversees the daily operations of the Caterpillar Center and leads an interdisciplinary team to provide therapeutic support services. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, managing insurance authorizations, and conducting direct student interventions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or a related field and possess a valid BCBA license. At least two years of clinical experience in an early childhood setting is required.
