Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services during in-home patient visits throughout the Metro Detroit area.

• Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Assist patients in improving daily living skills, mobility, and independence.

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety practices.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Current, valid, and unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the State of Michigan.

• Minimum one (1) year of Occupational Therapy experience.

• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $75/visit
