Key Responsibilities

Assess patients' daily living skills and develop personalized therapeutic retraining programs to improve strength, mobility, and independence. Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while documenting patient progress and supervising support staff.

Requirements

Requires a current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Preferred candidates have at least six months of occupational therapy experience, specifically within a home health setting.
