Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, and voice therapy screenings, evaluations, and treatments to residents within the community. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to implement personalized care plans that support the physical, emotional, and clinical needs of residents.
Requires a current valid state license in speech-language pathology and current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience working with the older adult population is preferred.
