• Education/License/Experience Requirements: Graduate from an approved school of Occupational Therapy.

• Temporary licensure as governed by the State Practice Act.

• This assessment may include cognitive, sensory, neuromuscular, perceptual motor skills, psychosocial skills, functional daily living and work-related skills, and home/work/community environments.
