Key Responsibilities

The counselor must be able to work independently to assess crisis situations, provide stabilization services at the client's location when necessary, and resolve the crisis. Following established policies, the role requires making appropriate referrals to necessary services after the crisis is managed.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in mental health or crisis intervention, preferably with a degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Applicants must also possess a valid driver's license meeting organizational risk management standards.
