Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree Required
  • Completion of an ASHP Accredited Residency training program Preferred Work Experience

  • 3 years of institutional experience (hospital or integrated health system) or completion of an ASHP accredited residency training program Preferred Licenses & Certifications
