Provide therapy and develop treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients in a behavioral health unit. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage crises, conduct group education, and coordinate discharge planning and community resources.
Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Human Services and be licensed as an LPCC, LCMHC, or LCSW. BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire, and five years of experience is preferred.
