Key Responsibilities

The role involves providing direct patient care by applying advanced skills to evaluate and treat patients with disabilities, injuries, or diseases using physical, chemical, and mechanical means based on a physician's prescription. Responsibilities include designing specialized treatment programs, accurately observing patient status, and ensuring patient safety through adherence to emergency procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and hold a current New York State License as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist, along with any necessary specialized certifications, including the required CHT certification. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and training is also mandatory for this position.
