Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for managing the full course of patient care from initial evaluation to discharge, including developing and implementing treatment plans. They also contribute to departmental process improvement, mentor clinical interns, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and be a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois with BLS certification. A Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
