Key Responsibilities

The provider performs patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments while managing chronic conditions and reproductive health care in a school-based setting. They also oversee daily clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the medical director.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a Nurse Practitioner program or be a graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program. Current New York State licensure, national board certification, and BLS certification are required.
