This executive leadership role is responsible for providing oversight and ensuring high-quality clinical care across all Behavioral Health Programs, including Intensive Behavioral Health Services, Outpatient, Early Intervention, Wellness & Resiliency, and psychiatric services. The Senior Director must integrate clinical expertise with administrative discipline, embrace data, and drive measurable outcomes while ensuring financial sustainability.
Candidates must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field and hold one or more active Pennsylvania licenses such as LCSW, LPC, or Psy.D. Required experience includes at least four years in a senior managerial/leadership role within behavioral health treatment for children/families, plus a minimum of five years of clinical supervision experience.
