JOB SUMMARY: *up to $90,000 in earning potential
Phoenix Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time, self-motivated physical therapist who is dedicated to providing high quality patient centered care. We offer numerous opportunities for our employees to grow as we grow.
We are a well-established, therapist owned, outpatient physical therapy clinic serving Sullivan, IL. When visiting our clinic, patients experience prompt scheduling, unparalleled customer service, and specialized treatment.
Phoenix Physical Therapy has an orthopedic focus and we also treat a variety of other patients and conditions.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy License
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care within an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic. There is also an opportunity to advance into a Clinic Director role involving managerial and entrepreneurial duties.
