Overview
Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve speech, swallowing, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Provides age appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provide.

Experience
Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. Initiates, develops, and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes.
Productive and efficient in daily operations. Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures.

Key Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve speech, swallowing, language, voice, and fluency disorders. They are also responsible for providing education to patients and families while collaborating with the healthcare team to improve outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor's degree and a valid Speech Language Pathologist license. A Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred for this position.
