Key Responsibilities
The therapist provides comprehensive clinical services, including individual and group therapy, for individuals with substance use and behavioral health disorders. They are responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field and possess or be eligible for an Arizona behavioral health license. Additionally, applicants must be able to obtain required certifications such as CPR/FA and a Fingerprint Clearance Card within the first 90 days.
