Job Description

Create an outstanding customer experience and inspire associates to deliver excellent customer service. Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return.

Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, control all established quality assurance standards and expenses and properly schedule and staff technicians to meet the needs of the business. Monitor all functions, duties and activities for the department.

Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience while maintaining a safe and clean department environment. They must also achieve sales and profit goals, manage expenses, and oversee the scheduling and performance of pharmacy technicians.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and possess a current state pharmacist license in good standing. Effective communication skills, basic mathematical proficiency, and the ability to handle stressful situations are also required.
