This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, compassionate FNP, who enjoys caring for a diverse population of patients--including both adults and children. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in a family practice setting.
We offer a competitive compensation package--including paid malpractice insurance. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our providers are eligible to apply for student loan repayment through National Health Service Corps (NHSC)- up to $75,000 for full-time employees.
Other benefits include paid vacation, sick time, and retirement benefits.
What You’ll Do: Work directly with patients Monday through Friday- No Weekends Perform Adult and Pediatric Assessments Communicate clearly with Providers, Patients, and CHS Staff Follow-up on Lab and Diagnostic testing Administer injections as needed Follow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines What We’re Looking For: Graduate of a current accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program Current License to practice in the State of Ohio as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Current Basic Life Support Certification Minimum of two years as an FNP preferred Knowledge of documenting with EHR Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task Ability to critically think and problem solve Reliable, professional, and compassionate What We Offer: Competitive Pay 10 Paid Holidays Paid Vacation and Sick Time Benefits- Health, Dental, Vision, 401K with Match Health Care Benefit Positive Work Environment CHS is dedicated to providing a healthy environment for our patients, families and staff.

Requirements
Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program and hold a current Ohio FNP license along with Basic Life Support Certification. A minimum of two years of experience as an FNP in a family practice setting is preferred, along with knowledge of EHR documentation and strong critical thinking skills.
