Key Responsibilities

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant implements patient treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists and provides timely, accurate documentation. They also coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and effective communication regarding patient status.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant curriculum and hold a current, active license. Strong knowledge of Medicare, resident rights, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting are required.
