Position Details

• Help students improve classroom participation and daily school routines.
• Share professional expertise as part of a collaborative, student-centered team.
• Provide in-person occupational therapy services to students in a school setting.
• Contribute to student goals, individualized strategies, and overall educational success.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and related service providers to address student needs.
• Support development in fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and functional abilities.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from an AOTA-approved Occupational Therapy program and have an active Washington Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for Washington licensure. Applicants must be able to provide in-person services in a school setting. School-based OT experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, collaboration, and a commitment to supporting students with diverse needs are essential.
