Key Responsibilities

Physical Therapists will provide one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their communities, focusing on driving rewarding patient outcomes through clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Therapists will also benefit from the flexibility to create and control their treatment schedules while participating in an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or be eligible to apply, along with a degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Basic computer literacy skills and current CPR certification are also required for this role.
