Join Lenape Valley Foundation as a Safety Officer – Behavioral Health Crisis Center in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Join Our Team The Bright Path Center is now open and serving the community, and we are seeking a few additional Safety Officers to fill our remaining openings. We currently have opportunities available for a full-time weekday shift and a part-time weekend overnight shift.

The Safety Officer ensures the security of the facility, employees, and clients by monitoring access and conducting routine building patrols. They also partner with clinical staff to manage behavioral escalations and maintain a therapeutic environment using de-escalation techniques.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military police and possess a high school diploma. The role requires the ability to remain calm during crises, strong communication skills, and the physical capability to patrol the facility.
