Lead Behavioral Health Technician

Key Responsibilities

This role involves leading and supporting Behavioral Health Technicians, supervising daily client activities, and assisting the Clinical Team with treatment procedures. The Lead BHT will also be responsible for training, orienting, and supervising other BHTs while ensuring program standards and documentation compliance.

Requirements

Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in a related field or a High School Diploma/GED with at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in Human Services. Residential Care Facility staff must obtain Level 1 Med Aid and Insulin Certification within 90 days of hire.
