Key Responsibilities

Under supervision, the Rehabilitation Therapist delivers rehabilitation therapy services to members served, both individually and in groups, as part of their tailored treatment plan. This involves offering a variety of therapies and activities adapted to individual needs and preferences within the behavioral wellness program.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a B.S./B.A. in a relevant therapy field such as Occupational, Recreational, Music, Dance, Drama, or Art Therapy, or Vocational Counseling, meeting all regulatory title requirements. A minimum of six months of experience in a behavioral health setting is also mandatory, with discipline certification or licensure potentially required based on program needs.
