Provide quality-based primary care and wellness services to patients within an established family practice. Participate in clinical leadership, quality improvement, and operations committees as part of the medical group.
Requirements
The candidate must be a physician capable of working in a patient-centered medical home environment. Professional medical credentials are required for this role.
