Job Description
Tufts Medicine is currently seeking CRNAs to join our outstanding team at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA. We are currently offering a $75,000.00 sign-on bonus to full-time CRNAs and are also accepting candidates seeking a part-time schedule.
The Role
As a key member of the clinical team, CRNAs will work under the supervision of our Attending Anesthesiologists and will administer, monitor and manage patient care before and after anesthesia.

The base salary range for this position is $260,000 - $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, academic rank, relevant experience, education, internal equity. There is incentive compensation based on clinical productivity.

Key Responsibilities
CRNAs will work under the supervision of Attending Anesthesiologists to administer, monitor, and manage patient care before and after anesthesia. They serve as key members of the clinical team within the Tufts Medicine health system.
Requirements
The role is open to both new graduates and experienced CRNAs. Candidates must be prepared to work in a clinical environment at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
