Key Responsibilities
The pharmacist will review and interpret specialty medication orders while providing patient counseling and education on administration and therapeutic goals. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to manage complex medication assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Pharmacist license in the State of Arizona and reside within a commutable distance of Chandler, AZ. A Bachelor's or PharmD degree in Pharmacy and at least six months of pharmacy experience are required.
