Job Description
Position Overview
The Individual & Family Therapist is responsible for providing the clinical treatment for all youth within the program(s) to which they are assigned.
The therapist shows dedication and willingness to work alongside the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM) team, supporting and carrying out the functions of the model to best serve the population.
They are expected to have a nonjudgmental approach that focuses on skill building and basic principles of behavior (reinforcement, extinction, blocking and shaping). They are required to function as part of a team, committing to modeling pro social behavior and building positive relationships with all residents.
Position Qualifications
Master’s degree in Mental Health field. Licensure required (LMSW/LCSW, LMHC or LMFT). Must have at least one-year relevant job or internship experience. Ability to function successfully on interdisciplinary treatment team. Driver’s license. Excellent written and verbal skills including ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities
The therapist provides clinical treatment for youth using the Integrated Treatment Model to support behavioral development. They work within an interdisciplinary team to model pro-social behavior and build positive relationships with residents.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a mental health field and possess a valid license such as LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. At least one year of relevant experience and a valid driver's license are required.
