What You’ll Do

• As a BAYADA PT, you’ll help clients regain independence where they feel safest — at home. You will:
• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
• Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
• Educate clients and families to promote long-term success
• Document care using our intuitive EMR system
• Compensation & Schedule
• Competitive weekly pay

• Mileage reimbursement or schedule-specific benefits
• Base Pay (non new grads), depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
• $65.00-$70.00 per point

Qualifications

• Current MA PT license (or eligibility)
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
