Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques. They also observe patient responses, document progress, and provide instructions to patients and families regarding home care and safety.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree and possess a current, valid state PTA licensure or certification. A current CPR certification is also preferred for this position.
