Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative clinician who thrives in a team-based environment and is deeply committed to patient-centered primary care.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)
- Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)
The Ideal Candidate Will Also Bring
- A strong interest or prior experience in value-based, capitated care models, or population health
- A background working with Medicare or senior-focused populations
- A passion for working within an interdisciplinary care team to manage complex chronic diseases
- Familiarity with Athena or similar EMR systems
