Key Responsibilities

The Program Director provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for the ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program. Responsibilities include ensuring accreditation compliance, overseeing curriculum development, managing faculty, and directing resident education and recruitment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree, be board certified in Family Medicine, and possess a valid medical license in Alabama. The role requires at least 5 years of post-residency experience and 3 years of educational or administrative leadership in graduate medical education.
