Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker will provide expert, patient-centered care by guiding individuals and families in crisis and assisting them in obtaining necessary resources. They are responsible for conducting psycho-social assessments and developing service plans to restore patients to optimum social and health adjustment.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and possess at least five years of clinical social work experience. A valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Medical Social Worker license is required.
