About the Role
We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our fun, supportive team at our Aurora clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.
Position Details
- Location: In-person, Aurora clinic
- Schedule: PRN Weekends (Fri-Sat, morning)
- Clinic Hours
- Part-time schedules are flexible and based on clinic needs
Compensation
$60,000 – $104,000 per year plus a $5,000 sign on bonus for Part-time
- What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered
- Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements as per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA) by the start date

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat pediatric clients aged 0-21 in both outpatient clinic and virtual settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
Must hold a valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in Colorado and be registered with the NBCOT. Candidates must have successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements as per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists.
