Key Responsibilities

The Therapist assesses family needs, develops tailored intervention plans, and delivers therapy sessions primarily within the client’s home and community, focusing on improving caregiver-child relationships. They must also integrate case management, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure comprehensive coordination with all service providers.

Requirements

A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required, along with experience working directly with families in their homes and knowledge of Evidence-Based Models. Bilingual/Bicultural candidates are preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, with experience in the Connections system being preferred.
